2002 TJ Manual Sports with a 2.5inch Cat back exhaust and K&N Filter and I get about 10.4L per 100km around town and I don't give it much at all to save fuel. On the Highway I get about 8.5L per 100km.

Contentment is not getting what you want, but enjoying what you have.
TE 3.0 auto sedan Ive got 700kms for 60 L with highway driving. The light tends to come on with around 20L left. Even with the gauge well under the empty mark i have never put in more than 62l (supposed to hold 71L). Its all stock exhuast ect. Short trips around town and its all gone in 350-400kms
Has anyone fitted the vaporate collars to their car and what sort of improvment did it make?
